from 0-3 years old
More than 5 million women and 6 million kids strive for help in Ukraine right now.
Those are internally displaced persons, people who lost their homes and were under russian occupation, and women who have kids with complex diseases and disabilities. Every day volunteers of “TAK. The Shtab” pack boxes of help for such women – we send baby goods, food and medicine to at least close their basic needs.
And we need your help to continue working.

You can fill out an application for volunteering. Increasing the amount of help from time to time requires professional volunteers. We will contact you as vacancies become available.

About Us
TAK.The Shtab is a humanitarian center, established on February 25, 2022 on the basis of the online edition for responsible mothers ‘Promum’, and the NGO “Institute of Constructive Journalism and New Media”. During the war in Ukraine, we help mothers who find themselves in difficult life circumstances as a result of military aggression.

How can I help?
You can help in several ways: financially, become our partner-supplier of products, registering in the database of volunteers, disseminating information about our activities in the media
How can I get help?
To get help you need to register in the database of beneficiaries (link to the button) and fill out the form with a list of required goods (link to the form)
Do you send help to Korostyshiv?
We send assistance to any place in Ukraine where the postal service functions. In Kyiv and the Kyiv region, we deliver on our own. Delivery to all other regions is carried out by Nova Poshta or our logistics partners.
How can I help you if I am abroad?
You can transfer funds for assistance to our account (including PayPal), or send products to our сentre
Who gets your help?
In one and a half months, 100,000 recipients received assistance from the headquarters: mothers with children, IDPs, the elderly, hospitals, the disabled and other Ukrainians who found themselves in difficult life circumstances as a result of hostilities in Ukraine. Geography of assistance: all regions of Ukraine with postal service.
Who do you work with, who are your partners?
We receive supplies / financial support from international organizations, charity foundations, international and Ukrainian companies, and private donors. Among the partners are the charity organization Nova Ukraine, People In Need, Alight, Ginger and White, Water World, Jam House, Terra Foods, Kimberly Clark, Henkel, Ukrnafta, Shell, Dip Me, Terra Leads and others.
What if I can't fill out the help form?
An assistance form is a prerequisite for assistance. If you do not have the opportunity to fill out the form, contact someone who will help you.
What can you get as help?
We send essentials: diapers and hygiene products for mothers and children, food, medicine, clothing, household items.
How quickly can I get help?
We receive the application and process it within a few days. If the goods are in stock, shipment takes place immediately. The speed of delivery depends on the postal operator.
Why did I ask for Nutrilon Nan Opti Pro baby food, but it was not sent?
Unfortunately, we are unable to meet all specific requests due to lack of supply. We are helped by our partners, but the opportunities are limited. The request is satisfied if the product is available.
We requested a food kit for 45 people. Received only part. How to get everything?
The large volume of applications for help forces to distribute products so as to satisfy as much as possible all who need help.
